We pride ourselves on our "Farm to Home" promise. Most of our vegetables are harvested daily or sourced directly from local farmers early in the morning. We ensure the produce reaches your doorstep within hours of procurement to guarantee maximum freshness and nutrition.

We offer both conventionally grown and certified organic vegetables. Organic items are clearly labeled with an "Organic" tag on the product page. We work closely with farmers who follow safe agricultural practices to ensure all our produce is healthy and safe for consumption.

Vegetables are weighed electronically to ensure accuracy. Prices are per quantity (kg/gm/bunch) as listed. We use hygienic packing materials. Delicate items like tomatoes and greens are packed carefully to prevent damage during transit. We are also moving towards eco-friendly packaging solutions.

We currently deliver to all major neighborhoods in Vijayawada. You can check if we deliver to your area by entering your pincode on the homepage or at checkout. We are constantly expanding our delivery network.

Yes! We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before our cut-off time (usually 2 PM). We have multiple delivery slots throughout the day so you can choose a time that is convenient for you to receive your fresh vegetables.

We offer free delivery on orders above a certain minimum value (e.g., ₹300). For smaller orders, a nominal delivery fee applies to cover our logistics costs. The exact delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Absolutely. You can place an order today and schedule it for delivery tomorrow morning or evening. This is a great way to ensure you have fresh vegetables for your cooking plans without the last-minute rush.

We recommend selecting a slot when you or someone else is available to receive the order, as vegetables are perishable. If you miss the delivery, our rider will try to contact you. We may attempt re-delivery, but freshness cannot be guaranteed for delayed receipts. You can also instruct us to leave the package with a neighbor or security guard.

Yes. If any item is missing from your order or if you receive vegetables that are not fresh, please report it to us at the time of delivery or within a few hours. We will initiate a refund for the specific item or offer a replacement in your next order.

We have a "no questions asked" return policy at the time of delivery. You can check your vegetables when our rider arrives. If you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of any item, you can return it immediately to the rider, and the amount will be adjusted or refunded.

Given the perishable nature of vegetables, we request you to inspect them upon delivery. However, if you notice an issue shortly after (within 12-24 hours), please take a photo and contact our support. We will do our best to resolve the issue with a refund or credit for your next purchase.

Yes! We supply fresh vegetables for marriages, functions, restaurants, and hotels in Vijayawada. We offer special wholesale pricing for bulk orders. Please contact our support team at least 2 days in advance to discuss your requirements.
